Palencia Village is at the heart of this very special community.
A vibrant center for socializing and leisure activities, the
Village provides residents with an assortment of amenities such
as a Village Green, a golf clubhouse, a swim and fitness facility

The natural beauty of the land has shaped Palencia’s 7,100
yard championship course. The Arthur Hills designed course winds
through 200-year-old maritime oak trees and along the Intracoastal

District
Palencia's Community
Development District (CDD) assures that a high standard of landscape,
infrastructure and recreational amenities maintenance is sustained
for homeowners. Palencia's CDD handles planning, construction,
maintenance, security and operations of the Swim & Fitness
Facility, Tennis Center, Athletic Complex, Village Green, Streetscapes,
road improvements, trail system, stormwater management system,
parks and landscapes, wetland and upland preservation areas,
and monumentation, as well as any future improvements. |
Serenata
Beach Club
In addition to
all that Palencia has to offer, residents may choose to purchase
memberships to the Serenata Beach Club, just 15 minutes away
in South Ponte Vedra Beach. The premiere St. Augustine club
offers gourmet oceanfront dining, an adult pool overlooking
the Atlantic, children's pool, fitness facility and banquet
rooms. |

Swim and Fitness
Center
The Swim and Fitness Center is designed
to appeal to all family members and includes a water slide and
fountain, a seperate play park for children and an adult lap
pool. All will appreciate an indoor/outdoor snack bar and shaded
pavillions. Exercise equipment, an aerobics room, locker rooms
with massage, steam and sauna, and a children's play room are
just inside.

Village Green
The Village Green is the focal point of the Village Center.
This large, grassy promenade with abundant palm trees and numerous
park benches overlooks Palencia Lake and the 9th Green of the
championship golf course. Located next to the Clubhouse, this
expansive space is perfect for a simple picnic or a grand outdoor
wedding. |
